They have lots of support for your arches and are really warm without being at all heavy on the foot. They have a nice, roomy toe-box, so you can wear them with socks if you need to, and they don't press on tender bits. They're also even better looking than in the picture. I especially like the small decorative detail, handsome but not frilly. In tems of performance, they are warm but don't seem to make my feet sweaty (which has always been a problem with sheepskin ones), and their soles are the most non slippery rubber I've ever found..... Very important on tiled floors. Now we just have to hope they keep making them, so I can replace them when they wear out. Or the puppy finally achieves her ambition to chew them to bits, which is their only drawback; apparently the crepe soles feel very good on teething gums. The rubber sole seems very durable, so you could wear these out in the street without any worry of messing them up. |
