I ordered these boots in a size 10, and they fit my foot fantastically. They fit over my calves, and can also be worn over skinny jeans, but only just barely and with some finessing and finagling required. There is a bit of a push necessary to clear the bottom of the boot shaft and get your foot into the actual shoe, but once in, the fit is divine- snug around the foot but not tight, and the buttery leather on the top of the insole feels awesome under my feet.The boots are lined in what feels like flannel, and the lining covers the entire inside of the boot. The lining helps with warmth pretty effectively, and from my ankles to the top of my calves (where the boot ends) are roasty-toasty, but these are thin boots, and the liner doesn't keep the tops of my feet from getting a little chilly.
