Rated to -25 makes it doable for northern MN winters. Fit is true to size, easy on/off, removable liner. I think it might even outlast my son in the snow....I would recommend this over competitor products any day. Not only is it rated to a colder temp, but it looks nice and it lasts. Sorel's always last through 2 or 3 kids. He wears a size 6 and I was looking for a size 7 in hopes that they'll last through next winter as well. These boots seem like they'll do the trick. Very well made, with a thick removable liner. I am not able to shove my son's feet into the boots with the liner in, but my husband is able to. I guess I'm too gentle. The removable liner seems very warm and will allow the boots to fit for a few years if removed. My son really likes to wear these and will wear them around the house for hours. The gaiter at the top stays tight when pulled and keeps all the snow out. Will buy again in a larger size when he outgrows these! |
