And approximately 20 more miles of walking since with and without snowshoes. The broke in smoothly and painlessly, they remain waterproof and warmth was never in doubt. I would recommend that a second liner is purchased to allow one set of liners to dry out from perspiration. They are on the heavy side and bulky but if you plan on spending an entire day in snow and want to stay warm, these boots can't be beat. Even in cold water in 30* weather my feet have never once gotten cold. And they are super comfortable. Two things though, order them a full size smaller than you normally wear. I did this based on many reviews at Sorel's website and they were right. And they are no good in temps over 40*. Your feet will sweat like crazy. They come with a removable liner, which is nice to dry them, but you can not wear them without it. All in all I am unbelievably happy with these boots and look forward to many hunting seasons in them!
