My feet were never cold in sub zero Banff, but these Sorels, despite a higher selling price, are not a soft or as comfortable or as good a fit as when the boots were made in the USA. While expensive, they seem to be the best available in my price range. And most importantly, my feet were never cold.

I like these a lot, I have used them for chores, hunting, getting around the slopes, and working in. However, over time they do not keep me as warm as I hoped. I think there is an upgraded liner? I may try that. Also, comfy, but not a lot of support, i wouldn't want to be carrying or moving anything large wearing these.
They are definatly quality (except the pull tab on the back broke on mine). I bought them wanting something all around, and they are. IF you are going to be working in them all the time, get work boots. If you want something for a long hunt, maybe get some hunting boots.
Also, not a lot of traction on ice.

I bought these boots for my older son last Christmas and was having a hard time finding them for my younger son this year. They both love them! Not only did Amazon have the boots, but they had a better price than anyone else.
